FAQ
Are my photos stored anywhere?
The uploaded source is kept on the gdefoto server for up to 1 hour (to process and let you download the result), then deleted automatically. The result is kept for 24 hours, then also deleted. Nothing is shared with third parties.
Is there a limit on the number of photos?
In the no-signup mode: 10 photos per minute and 60 photos per day per IP. For commercial use with high volume, message us in chat and we will give you an API key with higher limits.
What if AI processed my photo poorly?
First try another model. If that does not help either, it is a hard case (fur, transparent glass, very small elements) that needs manual retouching. You can order it from us from €1 per photo.
Can I use the result commercially?
Yes. No restrictions on commercial use. Use the ready PNGs on marketplaces, in catalogs, ads and print.
What is the output format?
PNG with an alpha channel (transparent background). If you need a white or colored background, open it in an editor and add a backing layer.
