Sign a document online
Draw a signature or upload a PNG and place it on the scan or photo of your document. No printer and no Photoshop. The document is processed right in your browser and is never uploaded.
When it helps
- Sign a contract, an invoice or a delivery note that came to you as a scan or photo
- Add your saved signature to a form or an application before you email it back
- Add a company stamp to a letter or a report
- Sign a lease, a consent form or a permission slip right from your phone
Two ways
Draw on the canvas
Draw your signature with a mouse or a finger and choose the line thickness and ink color. The background stays transparent, so the text of the document shows through.
Upload a ready-made PNG
If you already have your signature or company stamp as a PNG with a transparent background, upload it once and reuse it on every document.
How to use it
- Upload a scan or photo of the document (JPG, PNG or WebP)
- Draw your signature, type your name or upload a PNG
- Drag the signature onto the signature line and set its size
- Download the signed document
FAQ
Is a signature on a scan legally binding?
By itself, not at all. It is just an image with a signature. For legally significant documents use a digital signature or a real signature on paper.
Can the signature be removed later?
Not from the downloaded file: the signature becomes part of the image. Keep the unsigned original in case you need to sign it again.
Any limits?
No. The tool runs in your browser, so we set no file-size or daily limits. The signed page is saved as an A4-size PNG.
