Hero
Your studio's brand on top, our retouching desk behind it.
You shoot the product. You own the client relationship. We handle the post-production quietly in the background, edited to your style guide and delivered under your name. Your client sees your studio, start to finish. They never see us, and that is the point.
White-label means you keep the brand, the margin, and the client. We supply the capacity and the consistency. No logos on the deliverables, no invoices in your client's inbox, no mention of a third party anywhere in the workflow.
Who this is for
This partnership is built for teams that shoot faster than they can retouch.
Product and commercial photo studios. You have booked the shoots and filled the calendar, but the editing queue is where jobs stall. Instead of hiring and training an in-house retouching team you may not need year-round, you route the volume to a partner desk that already works at scale.
Creative and marketing agencies. You deliver campaigns and catalogs for brands and retailers. Photography is one line item among many, and you would rather not staff a full retouching bench for it. You hand us the raw selects and a style reference, and finished images come back ready to drop into the client deliverable.
High-volume photographers and content teams. You run e-commerce shoots for sellers on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, Zalando, and Otto. The shooting is the easy part. The clipping, cleanup, and consistency across thousands of SKUs is what eats your evenings. That work moves to us.
If your bottleneck is post-production capacity and not camera time, you are exactly who this page is for.
How white-label works
We become an extension of your studio, not a vendor your client meets.
We work to your style, not ours. Before the first paid image, we study your reference set: crop ratios, background tone, shadow style, color rendering, skin and material finish, the small choices that make your output recognizably yours. We match it, then we lock it into a documented style profile so every future batch lands the same way.
Your file names, your structure. Deliverables come back in your naming convention and folder structure, ready to hand off without renaming or reorganizing. If your client expects SKU_01_front.jpg, that is what lands in the folder. No cleanup step on your side.
Your format and delivery. JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD with layers preserved, sRGB or Adobe RGB, the exact dimensions and compression your channels require. You tell us the delivery spec once and every batch honors it.
We stay invisible. No branding on files or metadata, no direct contact with your client, no trace of an outside desk. Communication runs through you. As far as your client knows, and as far as they ever need to know, your studio did all of it.
Overflow capacity when the season hits
Demand for product photography is seasonal, and hiring is not.
The pre-holiday rush, a new catalog launch, a big retailer onboarding hundreds of SKUs at once, these spikes arrive fast and fade just as fast. Staffing a full-time retouching team for a peak that lasts eight weeks leaves you paying for idle capacity the rest of the year. Turning the work away costs you the client.
Overflow retouching solves both. When your internal queue is full, you push the excess to us and we absorb it. A batch that would have taken your team two weeks clears in days. When the season cools, you scale back down with no severance, no idle payroll, no awkward conversations. You pay per image, so your cost tracks your revenue instead of running ahead of it.
One fashion studio used our desk purely as a pressure valve: their own retouchers kept the marquee accounts, and every overflow catalog past a certain volume routed to us. They took on 40 percent more shoots in Q4 without adding a single hire.
NDA, confidentiality, and where your files live
Your client's product shots are commercially sensitive, and we treat them that way.
NDA by default. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is standard on every partnership, signed before any files change hands. Your client list, your pricing, and your unreleased product imagery stay confidential. If your client requires you to name subprocessors, we sign directly under your terms.
Processing on our own hardware. Editing happens on our own machines, not on public cloud services that scatter copies across data centers you cannot audit. Files arrive over an encrypted transfer channel, live in access-controlled storage for the duration of the job, and are purged on the schedule we agree, typically 30 to 90 days after delivery so reissues are possible, then permanently deleted.
GDPR for EU work. For European clients we operate as your processor under a data processing agreement, with the lawful basis, retention limits, and deletion guarantees that GDPR requires. Product photography rarely contains personal data, but where a shoot includes recognizable people, we apply the same controls to it.
Confidentiality is not an add-on tier here. It is how every account runs.
A stable style across thousands of images
A catalog only looks professional when image 2,000 matches image 1.
Consistency at volume is a process problem, not a talent problem. We build a written style guide for your account from your references and approved samples: exact background values, shadow treatment, clipping tolerances, retouching limits, color targets per material. Every editor on your work follows the same guide, and a separate QC pass checks each batch against it before anything ships back to you.
That is what keeps a 3,000-SKU jewelry catalog looking like one coherent set instead of the work of a dozen different hands. As your account grows, the guide grows with it, so the fiftieth batch matches the first without you having to re-explain your standards every time.
What we edit
The full product post-production stack, in one desk.
- Clipping paths and background work. Hand-drawn clipping, pure white or custom backgrounds, transparent PNGs, natural or drop shadows, reflections.
- Product retouching. Dust, scratches, lint, fingerprints, seam and blemish removal, color correction, symmetry and shape cleanup.
- Ghost mannequin for apparel. Invisible mannequin compositing, neck joins, inner-label and cuff reconstruction, garment shaping for a clean hollow-man look.
- Jewelry. Metal cleanup, stone clarity and sparkle, reflection control, precise clipping on fine chains and prongs.
- Cosmetics, glass, and metal. Reflection and highlight management on the hardest reflective surfaces, label straightening, liquid and packaging cleanup.
- Furniture and homeware. Texture and grain preservation, shadow grounding, color accuracy across large surfaces, set cleanup.
If it ships on a product page, we finish it.
How to start
Low commitment, fast to prove.
1. Send a test batch. Pick 10 to 20 representative images and a short style reference. We edit them free, matched to your look. No contract, no card, no obligation.
2. Lock the standard. You review the test against your bar. We adjust until it is exactly right, then document that result as your style profile, agree per-image pricing, and set turnaround targets.
3. Run the volume. With the profile fixed, batches flow on a predictable cadence. You upload selects, we return finished files in your format and naming, QC checks every batch against the guide.
The test batch is where most partnerships are decided, and it costs you nothing to see the quality on your own images.
Pricing
Simple, per-image, and cheaper as volume grows.
Pricing is per image and scoped to the work: a straight background swap sits at one rate, ghost-mannequin apparel or complex jewelry at another. Volume moves the number down. The more consistent monthly throughput you send, the lower your per-image cost, because a stable pipeline is cheaper for us to run and we pass that back to you.
There is no per-project markup and no surprise line items. You get a clear rate card tied to your image types, priced in euro, so you can quote your own clients with confidence and know your margin before you accept a shoot.
The economics for your studio
Post-production is a profit center when you do not carry the team.
Retouching is billable work. Your client pays for finished images, not raw captures. The question is whether you produce those finished images with a full-time in-house bench, with its salaries, software seats, management, and idle time between peaks, or with a partner desk you pay only for what you use.
When you outsource the editing at a per-image rate and bill your client at your studio rate, the spread is your margin, earned without payroll risk. You take on more shoots because the editing ceiling is gone. You keep the client relationship, the brand, and the upsell, and you offload the part that scales badly with headcount. In a seasonal business, that difference between a fixed cost and a variable one is often the difference between a good year and a stretched one.
FAQ
Will my client ever know you exist?
No. Files carry no branding or metadata pointing to us, all communication runs through you, and we never contact your client. Under NDA, that is contractual, not just a courtesy.
How closely can you match our existing style?
Closely enough that overflow batches sit next to your in-house work without standing out. The free test batch exists specifically to prove that on your own images before you commit anything.
What turnaround can we expect?
It depends on volume and complexity, and we set explicit targets during onboarding. Standard batches typically return within one to three business days, with faster tracks available for time-critical launches.
What volume do you handle?
From a few dozen images to catalogs in the thousands. Consistency at scale is the core of what we do, and larger, steadier volume lowers your per-image cost.
How do we send and receive files?
Over an encrypted transfer channel in whatever structure suits you. Deliverables come back in your naming convention, format, and color space, ready to hand off with no cleanup on your side.
Do you sign a contract and an NDA?
Yes. A mutual NDA is standard before any files move, and for EU work we sign a GDPR data processing agreement as your subprocessor.
